Currently, the team is reorganizing the “Poppelsdorfer Schlossgespräche”. This is why at the moment talks are not taking place. Besides, the website will be recreated.

What are the “Poppelsdorfer Schlossgespräche”?

The “Poppelsdorfer Schlossgespräche” is a lecture series with speakers working in the industry, economy and science, organized by students of Molecular Biomedicine of the University of Bonn. The lectures take place in the Stucksaal of the Poppelsdorfer Schloss or in the LIMES institute in a casual atmosphere. They deal with diverse, current scientific and medical issues. In connection with the lecture there is time for a snack and inspired discussions.

Students of many disciplines, lecturers, employees of the university and other interested people are visiting the lectures. Up to now we have already welcomed Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard, Klaus Rajewski, Jules Hoffmann and Stefan Hell.

In 2017, the Poppelsdorfer Schlossgespräche was awarded with the Alumni-Gesellschaft Prize of the University of Bonn for being the best student initiative.

Any interested person is warmly invited to be a guest at the lectures.
