We are excited to announce that there will be new lectures in the following summer semester 2020! We will keep you updated when, where and who will be presenting the lectures.
What are the “Poppelsdorfer Schlossgespräche”?
“Poppelsdorfer Schlossgespräche” is a biomedical lecture series with speakers working in the industry, economy and science, organized by students of Molecular Biomedicine of the University of Bonn. The talks address diverse, current scientific and medical issues. They take place at the Poppelsdorfer Schloss or at the LIMES Institute in a casual atmosphere. After the lecture there is always time for a snack and inspired discussions.
Students of many disciplines, lecturers, employees of the university and other interested people are visiting the lectures. Up to now we have already welcomed Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard, Klaus Rajewski, Jules Hoffmann and Stefan Hell.
In 2007, the Poppelsdorfer Schlossgespräche were awarded with the Alumni-Gesellschaft Prize of the University of Bonn for being the best student initiative.
Any interested person is warmly invited to be a guest at the lectures.
